Cliply ("the Service") is an AI-powered tool that takes a YouTube video URL and generates repurposed content for social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and email newsletters). The Service is provided by Cliply ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cliply. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Free plan: You may submit 1 YouTube URL per day without creating an account. Free access is provided as-is and may be changed or limited at any time.
Pro plan: For $19/month, you get unlimited repurposes and priority processing. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to use Cliply to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit (the YouTube URLs) and the generated output delivered to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you create using Cliply.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose the video content you submit. Cliply is a tool — responsibility for the content you publish remains with you.
The Cliply name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
Content generated by Cliply is produced by AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we aim for high quality, AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not perfectly suited for your needs. We recommend reviewing all generated content before publishing. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content without review.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cliply from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Cliply after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Cliply at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms. Pro subscribers terminated for cause are not entitled to refunds.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
